This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.


📅 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within this period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The corset must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds require photo evidence of the item’s condition before approval.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Hygiene & Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of worn or used corsets.
This ensures that all customers receive fresh and sanitary products.


💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

To process your request quickly, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

🔁 Size Exchanges

If the corset does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
Shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at mycorsetry@gmail.com to request a return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return address and instructions.
  3. After your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the product subtotal (excluding shipping).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or card account.

⚠️ Note: Our registered business address is not a return address.
Returns must be sent only to the return location provided by our support team.

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days of purchase.
